Long-established Yoshoku restaurant celebrates
100th Anniversary
The family opened the restaurant in the Higashi Chaya district where is one of the famous tourist spots in Kanazawa, at the end of the Meiji period. The original recipes since 1909 are still favorably received among not only locals but also tourists from around the world.
Our most recommendation is "Lunch Set", an assortment of four popular dishes. Tongue stew is also well liked, but Omerice or Plate Set is the most popular and a must-try as TV programs and guide books suggest.
